I got them twice. The second bout was in my sciatic nerve system. Very bad. Now I have Post Herpetic Neuralgia.

Hi all, I just went back on L Lysine. Hadn't taken it for some yrs and thought I'd take it again for more protection -- especially against shingles. 500mg daily to start out.
