Default The War on Drugs & Pain Control Alternatives

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/ar...s-opioids.aspx

Personal story, my daughter got messed up on drugs and living with damage from the drugs. She's doing a 360degree turn around and now even detoxing from ibuprofen use. Ibuprofen has it's share of complications. She has some joint damage and dreads a major foot surgery....so she's seeing a D.O. and spending out of pocket money for the D.O.'s opinion and HOPEFUL help.

I'm doing self acupuncture now on my knee and HOPEFUL for help too.

Where there is a will, there can be a way I believe.

Well, I just ordered my second box of acupuncture needles, this time from ebay. I'm learning my way around this self acupuncture business. I'm doing my knee just about every other day and I THINK it's helping. I meditate as I do my needles and this gives me more benefit.

I've had a cane in my car since hip replacement going on 6 yrs ago and only used it with PT worker first week home for surgery. I haven't used it since, but keep it in my car. Yesterday, for bridge I had to park about a block from my friends place so got the cane and used it...it does help for longer distances. When I walked in with cane, my friends gave me a hand, clap hand...they've been pushing me to use it.
