Default Anyone tried LDN?

LDN ( low dose naltrexone). I have been taking it for neuropathic pain for a year now and it has helped with that, not made it go away, but it is more bearable. It also makes me more motivated and energetic most days. I'm still working on getting the right dose and spacing of doses. I'm currently taking 4.5 mg, but only every third day. Thinking of decreasing the dose and taking maybe every other day. Too much brings back symptoms as well as too little.

Thoughts? Experiences?

Have not tried LDN, yet... For my neuropathic pain(diabetes, type2)I take R-isomer Alpha Lipoic Acid. I am sure it helps. Also dampens blood sugar spikes after carbohydrate ingestion... Have you tried ALA??

Yes, I've tried Ala. Didn't see any significant results.
