My IVIG went well with minimal side effects. I am feeling g a bit stronger and will start tapering my prednisone next month. I will have a monthly dose for 6 months.

I met several other MG patients during the 4 days. One has been getting it for 15 years. The infusion nurse was excellent and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed hearing the other MG stories. I don't feel so alone.

Dear Sandy,

I'm so glad to hear your IVIG treatments went okay, and that you are feeling a bit stronger. The improvement can continue for a little while after the treatment has finished, so you may see positive benefits for a bit. I'm glad you got to meet some other MG patients, too!

Please keep taking good care of yourself. I send lots of good thoughts your way.

Take care,
Erin
