Arrow recovering from PCS

Hello. I have post concussion syndrome and seem to be slowly recovering. i am looking for suggestions regarding useful treatments.

Check out the

Traumatic Brain Injury & Post Concussion Syndrome Forum

You'll find many helpful people there who are dealing with life after concussion/s. Treatments can vary a lot with PCS just because it is a syndrome, so symptoms can vary a lot from person to person.

There is an abundance of information in the section at the top of that forum. They include useful weblinks, research articles and other resources.
