Default itching and dull pain with ON?

I feel like I've had ON for 5+ years but nobody can quite tell me what is happening.

My left temporal area (right above my ear) feels "full" or like there's pressure, it itches randomly (and only there) and the itch isn't really relieved by the scratch, it's a dull pain, not sharp not stabbing or pulsing.

I get random sore spots on my scalp that hurt to touch, feels muscular in nature but who knows.I also get the same sore spots in my eyebrow regions (in that bone right below), around my tmj, and upper and lower jaws.

I wonder if it's ON because of the itching -- it's the itching part that really throws the docs off. But I wonder if because my pain isn't sharp or stabbing or severe (it's a nuissance more than anything) if that would exclude me from this diagnosis?

thanks for any input. OH, it's worse with stress. I'd go a month with nothing and then now it's all happening 10x a day and bugging me at night too.

Thank you so very much!
