Yes, the link posted today is working, I merged them into a single thread since it is the same video linked each time.

Please post a link to the rings, book, The gait guys, etc, etc.

Basically anything you touched on in the video and feel like sharing.

No idea on the rings, but I use simple 5# or 8# (start with 2# and work up!).
Look like little dumbells (rod in center for hand grip, weight on end so hand doesn't slip away).

I'm a huge believer in Neuroplasticity. Just enjoyed a 2 mile solo walk with my dog this morning. A year ago I thought it was impossible, and something I would have to accept no longer doing. In a little over a year I've dropped from 300# to 250# (still heavy, but large 6'3" frame), enjoyed Rock Steady Boxing (Intense 60 minute work out, 30 minutes of stretching), and have a great Golden Retriever (Service Dog) to join me on walks. Loose leash walking, but when I start freezing she helps with a steady pull.

I feel good. I'm still taking my meds every three to four hours. Tremor is bad when meds wear off (keyboard and mouse), but what the heck Neuroplasticity is real and "use or loose it" while is real, but we can IMPROVE!

Exercise, diet, sleep. Three best things for everyone, very critical for Parkinson's. DBS Planned to help with my on/off times, but life is good.
