Default pruney fingertips

i just went to a neuro and he asked me if my fingers get "pruney" and i was like oh yeah sure.. bc i remembered them getting pruney (not sure when tho!)

i just took a scorching hot bath for 20 minutes and they werent wrinkled at all

is this indicative of small fiber neuropathy?

Lightbulb

The simplest answer is that you are low in hydration.

So drink a bit more water.

The next most likely problem is that your skin is low in oils, reflecting a poor essential fatty acid intake from the diet.

Take some flax oil, eat some flax oil containing foods, or take some fish oil/krill oil. When the skin gets defatted by solvents, or poor intake the fingers may wrinkle.
