Default Not sure whether this belongs here either

I am essentially trapped in my house by what may be a form of agoraphobia, but feels more like body dysmorphic disorder. At 112, I feel like the fat man in the circus, but have food cravings that rarely let me lose. At 59, I feel like the elephant man, despite the fact that I felt pretty at 39, and the only thing that has changed is age. Need counseling but can't afford. Am paying $92 per month for psychiatric visits/Rx/Med, with no counseling and can't afford anything further as am on disability. Thanks for any suggestions. billie
