Confused Was found to meet the Medical portion of SSDI

I hope someone can give me some information about this. I received a letter from SSA stating that I do meet the medical requirements for SSDI and I was deemed disabled as of 4/1/15. The letter was dated 1/25/16, anyone have any idea on when I will get a decision? I spoke with a rep from the SSA office and she already told me I meet the non medical requirements, and that was before my claim went to medical review... Please help me

Thanks, I am pulling my hair out at this point, I am sure others have waited longer then me, but with my husband passing and having 3 kids and just living off of survivor benefits is killing us.

They're just confirming you qualify on either your own work credits or your widower's.

Are you set up online with the SSDI site?
And your bank account if direct deposit?
( set up alerts to let you know of deposits/withdrawals )

Some have posted in the past that the money has arrived in the account before they got the letter informing them.

Don't forget food banks & churches if you need those helps for awhile.

I am set up on their website. I also have set up direct deposit. I have been checking daily. I also called and they said it was in quality review and should be about 2-3 weeks but it has now been 3 weeks. Just stressing myself out I guess
