Default MRI results - stenosis after fusion

Here are my MRI results. 17 years post C5-C6 fusion, I am experiencing severe neck and head pain, numbness in arms and difficulty walking. Tried Neurontin and Lyrics without success.

What do the test results mean?

FINDINGS: Anterior cervical fusion at C5-C6 with normal alignment. Benign bone marrow signal. At the junctional C4-C5 level there is a broad-based disc protrusion as well as posterior ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. These changes efface the subarachnoid spaces around the cord without cord signal abnormality or significant compression.Foramina are patent.

C6-C7 level has a diffuse disc osteophyte complex and posterior ligamentum flavum hypertrophy effacing the subarachnoid spaces without cord signal abnormality. Moderate right and mild left foraminal stenosis
