doydie,

Will be thinking of you tomorrow a.m. Looking forward to learning results.

Also, I'm with Charlie on the texting, etc. I do not have an iPad. The kids want to get us one. I keep saying "no thank you". The cell phone, lap top with email and internet shopping is enough. I am told not too many email these days. Just so they don't take away internet shopping.

I'm sure Charlie is worried; I think he is so accustomed to it being him needing care; he would feel helpless if it were any different. Last year, along with this past year has got to bring a GRrrreeeat, healthy 2017.

Thumbs Up

Thinking of you, Doydie, and looking forward to your check in when you're finished. I hope Charlie stays calm and collected throughout today. You're in my prayers.

My iPad is working fine here. I am now a member of the stent club. I had 90%blockage in one artery and 2 blockages of 30 and 40%. So the 90% has a stent. I guess I will have some medicine changes. The tech is amazed at how much and how often I can fill a bedpan.

doydie,

Thankful you had enough warning and the sense not to wait to have the tests done.

Prayers continuing for both you and Charlie.

Husband is a little calmer but still worried about my blood pressure and heart rate. Plus he doesn't like that i am not eating what he likes. He is a meat and potatoes kind of guy. Having a heart attack and 4 stents never changed him on that.

Got on my recumbent bike today and also did some walking but choir practice was pretty tiring.

doydie,
You seem to be doing very well. Not sure about the heart rate tho....did you get a change in meds? Other than not liking your diet; how is Charlie taking to your joining the "stent" club?

doydie,

i know you know this already from MS but...take cues from your body and listen to them. you'll know when it's a bit too much. then time to rest.

from one nurse to another, ya know i have to give loving advice.
