Thanks for replying again Mark.

Is there any other tests I should get? I am feeling kind of helpless at this point.

So as I previously stated I have had xrays of my neck, and MRI of my neck and a CT scan of my brain. Is there anything else you would recommend?

I have been to a Neruo Opthamologist, and a Optometrist that specializes in vision therapy for concussed individuals. I have also seen multiple doctors. I have not seen a neurologist yet (my doctor says they would not really do anything for me at this point, should I see one? Any tips for me to get a referral?) Is there any other specialist I should be seeing?

I have tried Chiropractor, Physio therapy, neuro feedback, and acupuncture, would you recommend anything else?

My symptoms right now are pressure in my head, light sensitivity, some vestibular issues, memory, neck pain, TMJ (brought on by stress). Minor difficulty tracking objects (working on vision therapy right now) poor sleep.

I also suffer from anxiety, depression, and constantly feel stressed out.

Thank you for all the help

It does not sound like you need any diagnostics other than the gifted hands of somebody to keep your neck in good health. A generic chiro does not impress me at all. Same goes for Physio. One needs tyo keep looking until one finds someone who understands and makes a difference.

The one thing you do need is help with anxiety.

We have seen many who ride a long roller coaster until they get help with their anxiety. If you were anxious before PCS, you will be many times more anxious with PCS. So, I suggest you focus on your anxiety as a priority.

What are you doing to help your neck heal ?

So true I do need help in the anxiety department. I was just rallying around the volley ball today with friends just kind of goofing around and I used my head to keep the ball up (it was very light not coming at my fast) and I forced myself not to over think it at all, kind of like exposure therapy that my head can receive small bumps without any damage occuring.

For my neck I am seeing an Osteopath. He does some cranial sacral work as well, I do trust him he works with our local NHL team and I have seen some of the players coming out of treatment which was pretty cool!

He works on a variety of issues and really seems to understand the body as a whole especially the spine and neck.

He has said he has worked on people with complex concussion cases before and although he has not "fixed everyone" he has made improvements by the work that he does.

Thanks Mark, talking with you is helping my anxiety. I keep thinking there is some test that I should do that I haven't done yet... Just the anxiety talking
