This is a late reply but fish oil has been the most helpful supplement for me during my recovery process. I highly recommend it, especially during setbacks.

Default Hi

Hi Okrad,

How has the fish oil been going? I've been doing Dr. Lewis's protocol and after week 1 I do feel better. I've had PCS for about 2 years (including re-injury about 1 year ago).

I really want to try out fish oil seeing as I've been having PCS for nearly two years now, but I'm suffering from GERD which came about just the same time as I got my injury, so I wonder if anybody knows what to do?

GERD can be cause by lower neck/upper T-spine trauma and a few other spine traumas. Could your concussion trauma have impacted your spine between your shoulders ?

Well, my concussion came from getting punched in the face repetitively, with my head swinging back and forth, so that might be a possibility yes. And my neck hurts like hell every day.
