Default Overview of Inositol

I use Inositol daily and find my body needs 1000mg at least daily. It's part of my sleep combo too. If one drinks coffee, they lose this nutrient. I drink 2 cups daily. I know I've talked about Inositol here but just found this chart while helping another person and like the charts listed in the link.

Of course, it helps with nerve issues.

Depression and anxiety too.
