I'm so, so sorry you came out of remission! Don't worry about a "pity party" - we all need to vent, and this community understands what you're going through. It's a good thing that you had such a long remission before; did you go into remission spontaneously, or was it after some kind of treatment?

My daughter had some spinal blocks and reacted well to them for a while, but I wish I had had someone tell us to get the underlying muscles numbed, not just get the Lidoderm patches on the skin. It's a lot more comfortable that way.

I don't think you need to jump right to a SCS if the spinal blocks don't work - there are other options out there. Hopefully the block will work well for you this time! Please be sure to keep us informed. And vent away all you need to!
