I had this decades ago in my worst exacerbation. Music would not stop 24/7. Selections were Williams Chorale, Tchaikovsky, and Mozart, just those three--very good taste, but horrible when it won't stop. Only drugs made it stop when finally I was in the hospital. Abrupt stop. I am so glad this was not a permanent fixture.
