Hi Curious, I have had friends use the help-u-sell realtor and really liked it and it saved them money. Having people in and out of your house really must be hard. I have never sold a house, I tend to settle in and hate change.

I lived in my parents house till I moved in with hubby and we have been in this house for over 16 years now. My daughter said I will probably be here till I die just like Nana did. You know what...she is probably right ...Sue
