I had 3 - 4.0 4mm intregal direct screw-in post/ abutments with flat connecting surfaces placed on a lifecore sustain internal bevel implant . This was for a 3 part bridge . It fell off after one month . From what I gather, abutment and implant should mate perfectly . Dr. just wants to re glue bridge back on . Any advice would be appreciated . Thank You Robert.
