outher said no as its not bad
heres the mri

there is mild desiccation troughout the discs of the cervical spine

mild annular bulging is seen at c3 c4 without neural compromise

at c4 c5 ,there is mild annular bulging and right sided end plate osteophyte formation mildly encroaching on the right neural foramen and exiting root

AT C5 C6 ,there is a small left posterolateral disc protrusion is associtaion with end plate osteophyte formation. there is significant encroachment on the exiting left c6 root in the neural foramen

futher mild annular bluging is seen at c6c7 with a small broad based central disc protrusion but no nerve root compromise
anyone tell me is this bad
i lift weights do i need to stop
one physio says no im ok
yet outher tells me yes stop and will take 1 year to fix this
I bolded some of the more important terms ,you can do searches for more info on those.
Is pain on left and right equally or most one sided?

What is your age?

For the weightlifting, I guess it depends of how much you are lifting & how often? I would focus on posture, fitness, flexibility and form. Not muscle mass.
