If you are disabled (per SSD qualifications), suggest that you apply. SSD will decide if you qualify for SSI, SSDI or both based on the information you supply on your initial application and the medical records supplied by your treating physicians.
Im not a child, nor pregnant woman, not a parent, or senior... as I said, I was awarded medicaid based on a disability. I already applied for social security disability. Just wondering if my situation improves my chances (since people who are disabled arent always awarded ssd, even though they technically qualify).
