In my thoughts and prayers that you find a managment techinique that works for you.

Writing is another good one I use when I'm in pain, stressed, or just feel like writing thoughts down. I find that when I am in pain and decide to just write about it, by the end I am usually doing much better. It helps to just let it out.

I tried knitting at one time. It worked okay. I'm just not interested in it at all and so I think that's why it didn't work as well.
