Glutathione gets mixed reviews mostly because it doesn't seem to work well when taken orally. There are lipid forms that they say work better but are more expensive. Generally, IV glutathione is used by many functional medicine doctors. But IV delivery is not really practical.

That being said, you can increase your glutathione levels with other nutrients like NAC, Folate, B6, B12, Alpha Lipoic Acid, selenium, Vit C and E. NAC and ALA being the big hitters. Also, milk thistle can help.

Glutathione is key in body's ability to detox.

Will it help PN? I guess it depends on why you have PN. IMO, don't think it's a "go to" supplement for PN.
