We have had many questions about this expensive product.
Its price is way higher than you would pay for the ingredients
separately. Do the search and beware of ads for PN products!
They are numerous and expensive.

It will only work for certain types of PN.

You need to further investigate your PN to determine:
1) what type you have --- there are over 100 types
2) figure out what is causing it
3) investigate the supplements.

For example the B12 in that supplement you ask about does not say to take on an empty stomach. If you are deficient to begin with you need to know why, and if you take it the wrong way, you
will not see benefits.

Use of supplements for DNA damage is quite different.

You need to begin with a medical test for B12 levels, (and get your numbers--don't accept "normal".. because lab ranges are low and out dated. You need to be at 400pg/ml minimum).
Get tested for Vit D at the same time.

And start with providing magnesium to your feet, either in epsom salt soaks, or the new lotion by Morton's --Epsom Lotion.
Available at WalMart and Amazon affordably.
Magnesium levels are quite low in most people today, because of poor diet. If either of these magnesium sources helps, then you can add oral mag supplements (not Oxide form as it is not absorbed).

The cost of fixing these BIG THREE most common nutrients involved with some PN patients is pennies a day.
Low B12 can come from drugs (acid reducing or metformin), and is estimated today to involve 40% of people (and this goes up in those over 50). Both magnesium, and Vit D are thought to be low in up to 70% of people in the US today. When magnesium is low the nerves will act up and give grief.

If your PN is only in your damaged foot and not equally in your other foot, that would be telling.

It would help us here if you went into more detail, about your diet, drinking history if any, if you take statins, or if you took those fluoroquinolones, hobbies, etc. If you were screened for blood sugar abnormalities, if you know your A1C level, if you have relatives with PN, --things like that.

You can certainly buy that expensive product if you want, but be advised it needs to be taken on an empty stomach or the B12 may not be absorbed (if your problem is lack of intrinsic factor).
Methylcobalamin B12 is very inexpensive. We get ours now at Costco for 6 cents a day, as an example.

We have lots of information on this forum, collected over a 6+yr period of time. Please avail yourself of it, and start reading.
The two stickies at the top of the first page are very helpful.
And so is the SubForum listed at the top of the first page here.
