Default another thing to check for maybe

Just in case there is more to it than just your spine (unsure if your case is from injury or what-have-you), check for other pudendal nerve problems that can occur, such as scar tissue build-up in the alcock's canal as it passes from the spine to front of your body to innervate the **** and genitals. Other things can entrap this nerve as well (piriformis muscle problems is one). The pudendal nerve is one of the nerves your spine affected, causing numbness or pain - usually the culprit of such down-there symptoms.
Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI) or hip impingement syndrome can also cause similar symptoms. Good to check if you have any hip symptoms with it.
