Hey there!
Sucks they are going through the pain they have.
As for your question regarding pain in MS, it sure does happen. I think everyone has their own type of pain if they do. It's usually nerve pain related to the meylin being destroyed.
I get really bad burning/aching pain in my legs, more in the one that had went numb. Also get it in my arms at times. Can also be from spasticity of the muscles etc.
Can't really relate because I haven't experienced pains in my chest. But this is the MS pain i get.
