Default Can someone put my MRI in laymans terms

Hi, my name is Matt and im just a 26 year old white male 6 ft 200 lbs. I have had back problems since 2005 and i was going through my paperwork to try to find a new doctor on account i just moved to area.
When reading my paperwork i came across my MRI from 2009 and the terms used are gibberish to me. I was hoping by taking the time to write all this out that at least one person could help me. Below im posting my MRI paper and please please tell me what this means. My back pain is now to the point its starting to affect my daily life and work. Please reply with what these findings actually mean and does ott show as much pain as i think i am. Thanks for your time and considerations......

MRI OF THE LUMBAR SPINE WITHOUT CONTRAST
HISTORY- LOW BACK PAIN

TECHNIQUE-MULTIPLANAR MULTISQUENCE IMAGING WAS OBTAIND OF THE LUMBAR SPINE ON A 1.5 TELSA MAGNET. IMAGES WERE OBTAINED WITHOUT IV GADOLINIUM. THERE ARE NO PRIOR STUDIES AVAIABLE FOR COMPARISSION.

FINDINGS-THE CONUS TERMINATES AT THE L1 LEVEL. THE SIGNAL WITHON THE CONUS IS WITGIN NORMAL LIMITS. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ACUTE FRACTURE OR PARS DEFECT.

MILD TO MODERATE DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE IS NOTED AT THE L4-5 AND L5-S1 LEVELS. THE PARAVERTEBRAL SOFT TISSUES ARE INREMARKABLE

L2-3 IS NEGATIVE
L3-4 IS NEGATIVE

AT L4-5, THERE IS A BROAD BASED CENTRAL DISC PROTRUSION RESULTING IN MILD TO MODERATE LEFT GREATER THAN RIGHT FORAMINAL NARROWING AND MILD SPINAL STENOSIS. NO DEFITE NERVE ROOT IMPINGEMENT WAS SEEN.

AT L5-S1, THERE IS A SMALL CENTRAL DISC PROTRUSION AND i FACET DISEASE. THERE IS NO SIGNIFICANT SPINAL STENOSIS OR NERVE ROOT IMPINGEMENT. MILD BILATERAL NEURAL FORAMINAL NARROWING IS DEMONSTRATED

IMPRESSION---AT THERE L4-5 LEVEL THERE IS A BROAD BASED CENTRAL DISC PROTRUSION WHICH IS INDENTING THE THECAL SAC BUT DOES NOT APPEAR TO IMPINGE ON THE NERVE ROOTS

THIS WAS EVERYTHING IT SAID AND IM PRAYING FOR SOME ANSWERS THANKS FELLOW POSTERS AND READERS...... MATT
