Hope it works. Or at least helps a little bit. I'm pretty sure that you can also fine tune it if you need to.
I tend to turn it off if I'm watching a movie. It's always a bit of a shock when I turn it off temporarily to watch a movie and the screen goes from a soothing light to a OWWWW MY OPTIC NERVE BURNS! in the matter of a few seconds before I can get my movie started playing.
Whoever wrote the program did a good job. It really helped when I had the really bad optic neuritis a year and a half ago.
