Maybe yes, maybe no. The paresthesia is probably from the Reynaud's, but it could also be due to whatever's going on in your spine. Other possibilities too, but let's not go there yet. Sounds like you've got some testing & consults to get through. When you get the MRI report on your spine, if you post the results to the Spinal Disorders & Back Pain forum, someone there may be able to translate it into English for you. This can be helpful in preparing for your follow-up with the doctor who ordered the MRI.

I saw an article just today that better explains the current thinking on physical therapy for spinal problems. It's also likely the rationale for Strong's Spine Center discouraging surgery for many/most spine patients.
