Thanks for the input! I think the best thing I can do right now is just relax and try not to think about it. I have a few things going on that don't seem to be related (eye problems, asthma, eating disorder, insomnia, PTSD) so I think if I just stop thinking about everything for a while my anxiety will get better and the pain will decrease. *wishful thinking*
