Sick smashed froggie today. Up most of the night with pain in head, very dizzy actually like it was just after the wreck and jerked something awful trying to even go to bed. Arms wouldn't behave or lay still...even my legs jerked. Too dizzy and sick to hardly stand up today. Bummer! Head feels like a hangover. Post concussion syndrome is NOT fun.
