Sometimes my electrical jolts can be very painful. I'm not speaking for echoes but I understand how he says he doesn't pay attention to them.
When I get them I stop what I'm doing, make weird faces, press down on where it is occurring wait for it to subside and move on. I treat most of this disease symptoms this way. We have to keep going.
Dr. Smith is right about fear being more stressful then the symptoms. Our fears can be our own worse enemies at times. Try to relax a little and when the fears come squash as soon as they arrive. I am speaking from experience. Worrying will not bring a solution. Go to the right doctors, come here and get advice, BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE.
I hope you find your answers!
I am wondering what type of doctors you are seeing and what you have been tested for. Thyroid disease comes to mind for me with you. It can causes neuropathy. It also causes many of the other symptoms you have listed.
