Default expert opinion pls

My blood tests always show my creatinine levels ( kidney output) to be below normal range. I can get the exact numbers if anyone wants them. Remember that I am in Canada
. This test has been repeated more than 4 times and is always low. The doctors say that it is good, and means my kidneys are doing a good job at filtering. One doc said that it means they are working too hard.
None have noted it as relevant to my pain. Does anyone here have an opinion on this ?
I couldn't find anything within the message boards on this subject.
I'm back trying to solve this puzzle-since I have SO many different symptoms and the pain has increased again.
I have Autonomic and what sounds like SFN symptoms.
Nerve conduction tests in the spring confirmed neuropathy, but nothing further has been revealed, and I don't see another neurologist until December

Many thanks
