Welcome to Neuro Talk. There will be alot of people to lend an ear in the PN forum. I have it also. I use a combination of therapies. Vitamines are at the list. B12 in particular. I use a compounded cream with Ketamine in it. Patches with lidocane, bio freeze, and yes, some narcotics when I have trouble walking. All these therapies have helped. I am sure others will tell you what has provided some relief. Sorry you have this Paul, it isn't fun. There are many good folks on NT that can help you through the hard spots.
