I'm with you here on this one, I have thrown - yes, my arm launched them, not one but two coffee cups this week.

Mine are normally worse before bed but typically when I'm trying to focus on something like cutting things, pouring things, etc. it gets worse and I will drop or fling something across the room.
It is pretty funny most of the time, but I broke my favorite cup from Disneyland so I'm kind of bitter today. I have found no way to ease them as they seem to come and go as they please. I'm be grateful if someone had some ideas!
