Both of those medications can produce physical dependence, and while it's possible that you are still experiencing symptoms of withdrawal from both, IMO, due to the length of time involved, it is more likely the pregabalin than the Tramadol.

IMO, neither of these medications should have been discontinued abruptly after being used for 7 months. You should have been weened off of both of them slowly.
