Dear Hopeful, I also have both but, I know a lot of people that have fibro and do not have the neuropathy problems. I didn't get it until I had had fibro for 6 or 7 years. I don't think I did. Fibro can mess up so many other symptoms for other things. What is frustrating, is some Dr.s blame everything on fibro. Sometimes that is just not true. Good Luck Hopeful. You have my empathy.
