Question This can't be happening

my back pain seems to get worse each day. All I do is cry at this point and after today I totally give up with my doctors. I've had intense lower and upper back pain for 2 months. To the point I am crying and at times vomiting from the sharpness of it. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 4 yrs ago. Tried Cymbalta, neurontin, Lyrica. No results. I've done physical therapy, chiropractor, have a TENS unit, absolutely no luck. Last month I was diagnosed with Raynaud's disease which explains a lot of my toe/finger numbness but I am still convinced there is something the doctor is missing. I had another nerve conduction study today and came back as everything being ok even though during his exam I almost bashed my face open just trying to stand on one leg. I can't be in any position longer then 5 min without shooting pain going through my spine. Had MRIs done, show no lesions so they ruled out MS. All my blood work comes back good. Had an eye exam which showed nerve damage behind the right eye. These are my symptoms, since my doctors won't listen to me...(they only listen to 2 or 3 symptoms then stop me) maybe some of you could let me know if you experience anything similar and what I can do to make life a little more tolerable since being told to take By the doctor is getting old...
-shooting back pain. Lower back and between shoulders
-pins and needles in feet and hands (24/7 never goes away)
-leg and arm numbness (feels like they are cut off at the base with a rubber band)
-burning in legs and arms. (Feels like lava is flowing through them)
-shooting pain in temple and eyeballs (eyes are very sensitive to light. Looking at the green light while driving gives me an instant headache)
-occasionally when my arm and leg goes numb the left side of my face will twitch)
-excessive thirst
-frequent need to urinate even though I don't need to go
-dizzy, loss of hearing upon standing
-asking the same question at least 2 or 3 times at work. I know the answer I just forget when I asked it
-driving somewhere and pulling into my destination having no memory of how I got there
-when I try to write on paper or type on computer I almost have to coach my hand on what to do. Ex- today I was trying to write the number 3 and I actually had to say out loud "backwards C on top of backwards C" haha that doesn't even make sense now.

--- there are more symptoms but I am hoping with those someone can help me by saying they at least deal with one and what they do to make it a little better.
