I don't understand the big push to cut cows milk products from
your diet? Everything we eat or drink, is bad for us, if we have
too much of it. But milk has always been one of the important
parts of our diet.

Sure, if you are allergic to it, stay away from it, just as you
would, peanuts. Cut down if you are over-consuming, but
cutting it out entirely, IMHO. is counter-productive to our
good health.

Personally, I hated milk as a kid, unless they put chocolate in
it.. Never drank it. Wasn't too crazy about cheese either.
Still don't drink it, don't eat cereal...etc..., but I loves my ice
cream/frozen yogurt. I use all skim milk products now...
even cheese.

Am I completely wrong?
