Hi everyone,
I can't for the life of me remember the name of a cream or lotion that I've seen recommended on a number of the sites here a while back. Long story so I won't go into it, but am in the most excruciating pain in my shoulder and upper arm and am going to try to find something that penetrates deeper than the regular ones I've tried before. I think it was "somethingIce". I know mrsd had written about it. Sorry to be vague, but I just can't remember what it was called.
