HIya, I am going for a 3rd visit tomarrow to a new denal plan, these are the right upper side which has had the horrible sensitivity for a long long time. After my cleaning, not root planing, they acually started to be less sensitive but I have the worst sinuses ever, the summer months are making the right cheek bone hurt and it feels like the teeth roots are hurting. If I sinus rinse it stops that pain, there is so much going back and forth on the needed work, I really hope tomarrow is the day the new dentist gives me a good plan. I will do whatever it takes to stop the sensitivty, what really has me puzzled is when I use colgate toothpaste it makes the gums and teeth calm down,. Do you think a flouride treatment might do me some good? There is no gap between the teeth, there just mean teeth. lol after getting 2 completely different opionions I really hope this new one comes up with an overall good plan, deep cleaning, crowns, ect. I just want my teeth for as long as they'll have me,......Do you have any good ideas on what my questions are to the new dentist? The appt is for an hour with the hygentist, also I had all these xrays lateley I sent them all of them, I shouldnt get anymore right? Thank you for you time jersey girl

QUOTE=Bryanna;1005040]Hi Pennye,

The film is not labeled but this appears to be your upper right side? On this film the first pre molar looks a bit funky. Could be the angle of the film. Your last two teeth (molars) are in close proximity to your sinus. Is there a deep pocket on the last molar between it and the tooth in front of it?

Are these teeth hurting or are they sensitive to temperature? What does your dentist say about this xray?
