imho the best thing one can do is get into a pd exercise group, for the exercise and the social benefit. it's just too easy as pd advances to become a recluse.
my other belief is don't be afraid of pd meds if they enable you to exercise vigorously. better to stay strong and healthy and hopefully the exercise benefits will outweigh the negatives of pd meds. but that of course is an individual choice and easier said than done.
i stay informed by searching the news section of google everyday on "parkinson's"
