That must have been so scary Vrae, I'm not surprised you were panicking

Have you considered maybe trying to see an ENT specialist (ear, nose and throat)? At least they could rule out anything else for you. Also have a look online to see if there are throat exercises you could do - it sounds like part of it could be almost a muscle weakness, which kind of makes sense if it is CRPS linked. Maybe you need to do physio for your throat muscles too...

There is always a chance this episode was more to do with the virus - if you are already susceptible to illnesses, you are likely to get them worse than 'normal' (love that word ) folk, and if you already had issues with your throat then the virus might be having a party in there.
