I hope that you just have a virus or something temporary, but I agree you should get it checked out by a medical professional.
Probably unrelated, but I'll throw this out in case it helps... My dad (doesn't have crps or a neurological condition) was having trouble swallowing and choking when he was eating, and he was sent to physical therapy for it. They helped him figure out ways to eat without having problems, and one of the things was to drink more water throughout his meal to help him swallow. Maybe physical therapy will be in order for you too.
