Ooo After 2 years of no diziness, it suddenly came back?

Been a while since posting. Hope you're recovering well. I still have chronic pain in the roof of my mouth. Thank God no headaches (over three years since the TBI).

I had dizziness for quite a while, and I think it ended 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. But It came back Thurs. Not sure what triggered it since nothing out of the ordinary happened.

The problem is laying down for bed (try not to lie down til then).
The changed blood flow caused huge dizziness. Also when getting up in the morning. Almost dangerous to do so the dizziness is so strong at first.

I'm moving very slowly, of course, when doing so.

Thanks for any insights!
