You've certainly come to the right place for support and information. Peripheral Neuropathy is a very frustrating condition, to say the least. Check out the PN forum here at NT! It is full of good stuff  .
Here's the shortcut to get you there. You can also find it in the main menu.

When you get there, click on the 'new thread' tab. Ask about your knee replacement and PN. That's a good question and I hope you get good response on that.
PN and alcohol has been widely talked about, so you'll have no problem finding info on that. Congrats on your sobriety  . As you wait for responses, you can do a forum search while at the PN forum. The tab is at the right side of the screen. Just type in a key word such as 'alcohol' and it'll bring up posts from past discussions on this.
