I finally got ahold of doc. She also said that 3x/day didn't mean every 8hrs so I could play with the time schedule a bit to keep things steady- so take every 4hrs or when I feel it wearing off.

In other news, I showered today! Had been a while... I still used my chair, but I didn't have to take a break when washing my hair! Felt human in a good way
