Default Hello fix me up

Just state simply and plainly that you have research that you would like for him to read. If he is defensive of learning something himself, you best find a new physician. He should be open to research. Just because he is out of medical school, does not mean his education should stop. He took an oath. He needs to be informed so he can best treat you. He should not feel threatened by a little knowledge, after all, isn't that how he got his degree to begin with? I will say a prayer that the right words come to you.
My doctors during a trial study, I was in encouraged me to do research. I did so, and actually gave talks to third year medical students. This is how it should be. All my best wishes to you. ginnie
