Default Hello Big

PN is lousy, no question about it. I don't think there is any one thing that helps. There are numbers of things that may help. There are compounded creams with Ketamine in it, along with other things. I can list them for you on a PM if you want. I use lidocane patches, bio-freeze, and yes, when it gets awful, a narcotic. I do my best not to take them.
I go see a doctor called a physiatrist. This type of physician in my case specialized in pain. I am on a host of vitamins that have helped over the last year. I take B12 shots fairly often, administered to myself. Last year I was in a wheel chair. This year I am back to walking. All of these things have helped. I don't have it all over my body however, just in the left foot, ankle and calf. This type of doctor treats the "whole" person and thinks outside the box. Maybe try to see if this type of doctor is in the area you live in. I sure hope you can get some help. ginnie
