Sleep, so true!! I never sleep 8 hrs at a time. Usually 4 to 5 hrs in a single sitting, which sleep experts say you need 3 to 4 COMPLETE rem cycles in one night, which I never get.
The whole food thing use to be triggers for me but now...who knows, I can't even tell anymore.
But as you said doc, exercise hurts briefly however the days I exercise are wayyy better.
